My Orders Guide
Use My Orders to track deployments, review order history, and manage plan duration extensions.
Where to Find It
Open Account → My Orders from the customer portal sidebar.
What You Can See
- Active: Current live orders.
- History: Expired and cancelled orders.
- Status: Deployment state for each order.
- Service Dates: Start and end dates for each plan period.
- Order Details: Tracking and lifecycle details.
Deployment Status
- Deploying: Setup is still in progress.
- Active: Deployment is ready for use.
- Destroyed: Deployment has been removed.
Common Actions
- Use filters and sorting to find a specific order quickly.
- Select Details to review a specific order.
- Select Extend on active orders to add plan duration.
Filters and Sorting
- Filter by event label, including unlabeled orders.
- Sort by newest or oldest order date.
- Sort alphabetically by event label.
Notes
Tip: If your account is part of an organisation, order management may be handled under Organisation → Orders instead of your personal list.
