My Orders Guide

Use My Orders to track deployments, review order history, and manage plan duration extensions.

Where to Find It

Open Account → My Orders from the customer portal sidebar.

What You Can See

  • Active: Current live orders.
  • History: Expired and cancelled orders.
  • Status: Deployment state for each order.
  • Service Dates: Start and end dates for each plan period.
  • Order Details: Tracking and lifecycle details.

Deployment Status

  • Deploying: Setup is still in progress.
  • Active: Deployment is ready for use.
  • Destroyed: Deployment has been removed.

Common Actions

  1. Use filters and sorting to find a specific order quickly.
  2. Select Details to review a specific order.
  3. Select Extend on active orders to add plan duration.

Filters and Sorting

  • Filter by event label, including unlabeled orders.
  • Sort by newest or oldest order date.
  • Sort alphabetically by event label.

Notes

Tip: If your account is part of an organisation, order management may be handled under Organisation → Orders instead of your personal list.
