Asset Management Guide

This guide documents the current asset pages and actions implemented in ConRAM.

Main Asset Pages

Asset Status: Full asset table with ID, type, status, notes, edit, and history links.
Create Asset(Admins): Form for creating new assets.
Edit Asset: Update type, status, and notes.

Asset Fields in Use

ID (required, unique)
Asset Type
Asset Status
Notes (optional)

Create Asset Workflow

Open Create → Create Asset.
Enter asset ID, type, and status.
Optionally add notes.
Submit to save.

Edit and Delete

Edit: Available from Asset Status table. Updates asset fields.
Delete(Admins): Remove assets from the system.

History Access

From Asset Status, select History to open the detailed timeline for that asset.
