Account Guide
Manage your personal profile, security credentials, and account-level audit visibility.
Where to Find It
Open the Account section in the customer portal sidebar.
Profile
- Update display name and phone number.
- Change your email address (requires current password).
- Keep contact information current for billing and support follow-up.
Credentials
- Change password (minimum 8 characters).
- Enable or disable authenticator app 2FA (TOTP).
- Register, rename, or remove passkeys (WebAuthn/FIDO2).
My Audit Log
- Review account activity such as login, credential changes, and profile updates.
- Filter by action type and success/failed status.
- Use this log to confirm that important actions were recorded correctly.
Data and Account Lifecycle
- Export Data: Download your personal profile and order data as JSON.
- Delete Account: Submit password confirmation to anonymize personal account data and sign out.
Password Recovery
If you cannot sign in, use Forgot Password to request a reset link.
Best Practices
Important: Use at least one second factor (TOTP or passkey), review audit activity regularly, and update contact details before major event periods.
