Getting Started

Use the Customer Portal to purchase ConRAM, track deployment status, and manage your account and organization.

What This Portal Covers

This section documents the portal itself (purchases, orders, account security, and organization management). For daily asset operations, see the ConRAM App section.

Step 1: Purchase and Track Deployment

  1. Open Pricing and select your plan and duration.
  2. Complete checkout through Stripe.
  3. Sign in and open My Orders, or Organisation → Orders for org-managed accounts.
  4. Check the order Status for deployment progress.
Status meanings:
  • Deploying: Setup is still in progress.
  • Active: Deployment is ready for use.
  • Destroyed: Deployment was removed.

Step 2: Complete Your Account Setup

  1. Open Account → Profile to set display name and phone.
  2. Open Account → Credentials to secure your login.
  3. Optionally enable Authenticator App (TOTP) and/or register Passkeys (WebAuthn).

Step 3: Set Up Organization Access (Optional)

If your team manages orders together, use Organisation:

  • Create a new organisation, or join one with an invite code.
  • Owners/admins can invite members and assign admin or member roles.
  • Organization members can use shared views for orders, billing, and audit logs.

Common Questions

How long does deployment take?

Deployment starts after payment is completed. Timing can vary, so check My Orders for live status updates until the order becomes Active.

What if I need to extend my plan?

Go to My Orders, find your active order, click Extend, and complete checkout for the added duration.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the Forgot Password page. If an account exists for the email, a reset link will be sent.

Can I use the portal without an organization?

Yes, but non-admin users are prompted to create or join an organization for ongoing order management.

Where can I see plan and feature details?

Use the main Pricing and Features pages for up-to-date plan and feature information.
