Roles and Permissions

This page explains what each role can do in the ConRAM app so you can assign access confidently.

Role Matrix

  • Member: Best for day-to-day operators handling check-in and check-out tasks.
  • Admin: Best for platform owners and IT leads managing users, data setup, and governance.

Role Assignment Guidance

  • Start with the lowest role needed for the job.
  • Standard User: Best for operators and staff members who perform day-to-day check-in/check-out tasks, search for items, and view history.
  • Admin: Best for event coordinators and IT personnel who set up the system, manage users, import data, and oversee operations.
